Getting first 100 YouTube subscribers

My company's YouTube account was launched later than expected because of my laziness. Ten years after it should have been introduced, I launched it in 2014. Growing a YouTube channel has been more challenging in recent years due to the fact that getting visibility on the site has become less straightforward than it was five years ago. Even so, I think YouTube has a lot of potential as a means of expanding one's fan base.

I normally advise my customers to establish a presence on YouTube and begin to create a following.

Many YouTubers and even companies are able to make a go of it because they have a dedicated following that is willing to buy their wares. The more people you can reach, the more likely you are to develop and succeed.

On the other hand, there are YouTubers who have millions of followers.

You should aim to reach 10,000 people in your niche in order to build a database of potential customers and brand ambassadors.

I'll share some of the lessons I've learnt while building my business's YouTube channel and gaining my first 100 subscribers.

For your video content to be effective, it must be of value to your viewers.

You must provide your readers with the information they want. As a marketer, you must know what your target audience wants most of all. You remains focused on the subject at hand. This value must be communicated to viewers in every video.

To be successful, you must be consistent in your output.

When Casey Neistat said that Vlogger Roman Atwood had given him three words of advice, I was blown away. “Always be uploading.”

For example, YouTubers such as Pewdiepie, ComedyShortsGamer, and Zoella constantly post new videos for their followers. Consequently, their viewership keeps growing.

You must post new videos on YouTube every day in order to really rule the platform. You must fully devote yourself to the channel's development. To be clear, I'll get to the point quickly. Effort is required.

At one point, I was uploading video material five times a week. However, I was finding it difficult to consistently produce high-quality articles.

Another problem is that it's easy to lose interest early on. My first 33 videos didn't even get more than 50 views, and I only had around 30 subscribers. It's important to remain patient when working on the channel.

High-quality materials attract attention.

Professionalism is what viewers look for in the media they consume. This entails recording in HD, using high-quality audio, and using professional editing techniques. Creating high-quality content requires a lot of time and money. Filming, props, and post-production are all part of the pre-production process. Viewers react more strongly to material that is generated.

Increasing the channel's visibility.

I was able to advertise my channel in a number of discussion threads and blog articles when I had accumulated a sufficient amount of excellent material. I was able to add the information and the video playlist to my website. This increased the number of people who saw my films, which in turn increased their number of views.

It was a challenge to get the first 100 subscribers. To get to the 100-subscriber milestone, I had to execute what I've advised above. It took around six months of consistent work on my part to gain 100 subscribers. In the two months afterwards, I've built another 20, although I've not been posting as regularly.

Attrition occurs when users unsubscribe or their accounts are shut down, which is a common occurrence. As part of your YouTube strategy, you'll need to consider this.
